Complete Details Screen

 Purpose

The Complete Details screen is used to view the entire detailed display of all vaccine series associated with the selected tracking schedule. This display is for read only purposes and can be useful to review the tracking schedules contents as a whole.

Field Name

Description

Schedule Name

This field stores the name of your schedule in the system. If you are creating or editing a schedule this field must have something typed in or else you will receive an error message until the field is populated with a name.

Description

This field is used for a brief description for the schedule you are creating or editing.

The following information provided will cover the series layout of the Complete Details screen. The descriptions of the series information will be broken down row by row from left to right.

Field Name

Description

Series Title

This title bar will include the vaccine trade name such as DTAP, or COMVAX for reference.

Vaccine Group Name

This box contains the larger vaccine group name such as HepB for COMVAX or HepB for Recombivax.

Dose Count

This box contains the number of doses in the particular series.

Age At First Dose

This field contains the age in day(s) a client can receive the first dose in this particular series.

Unlimited Doses

The 'Unlimited Doses' is a switch that allows an unlimited number of doses to be administered for the specified vaccine series. Typically this would apply to vaccines such as Td, Influenza, and Pneumonia.

Max Doses

The 'Max Doses' sets the maximum number of doses that can be administered for the specified vaccines series. This can be helpful for certain vaccines where too much of the vaccine can be harmful to a patient.

Max Doses Age

The 'Max Doses Age' works with the 'Max Doses' to set the maximum number of doses allowed by a specific age for the vaccine series. Once a client has reached the age specified they will no longer be recommended for the vaccine.

Seq

This field displays the numbered sequence of the dose in the series.

Min Age

The 'Min Age' is the minimum age a client can receive this dose for the specified vaccine making the dose valid. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Min Rec Age

The 'Min Rec Age' is the recommended minimum age a client can receive this dose for the specified vaccine making the dose valid. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Min Overdue Age

The 'Min Overdue Age' is the minimum overdue age a client can receive this dose for the specified vaccine making the dose valid. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Min Interval Between

The 'Min Interval Between' field specifies the minimum interval between doses in days, months, or years for the specified vaccine. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Rec Interval Between

The 'Rec Interval Between' field specifies the recommended interval between doses in days, months, or years for the specified vaccine. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Overdue Interval Between

The 'Overdue Interval Between' field specifies the overdue interval between doses in days, months, or years for the specified vaccine. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Max Age

This field specifies the maximum age a client can receive this dose for the specified vaccine. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

Early Completion Age

This field only applies to certain vaccine groups, and is used to represent the earliest age you can complete a vaccine series. For example: DTAP. This value can be changed and is also described in the Manage Doses screen.

 Functionality

  1. Click the hyperlink 'Show Detailed Schedule for Printing' at the top of the page.

  2. A new window will open displaying the complete details of the selected tracking schedule in a print friendly format.

  3. Print as you normally would.
