Display Transfer Details Screen |
Purpose |
The Display Transfer Details screen is used by the receiving site to accept a transfer. The receiving site clicks on the Transfer Id hyperlink in the Inbound Pending Transfers section of the Display Transfers screen.
The Display Transfer Details screen is also used by the sending and receiving site to view the specific details of a completed transfer. The sending or receiving site clicks the Transfer Id hyperlink in the Historic Transfer section of the Display Transfers screen.
NOTE: The receiving site should look the transfer items over carefully upon receipt. Once the transfer has been accepted, the receiving site is responsible for the inventory. If there is a problem with the transfer, the receiving site should contact the sending site BEFORE accepting. The sending site can make corrections to the transfer record.

Viewing the Transfer
This section explains how to view the details of the transfer. Listed below is a description for all of the items that will be displayed.
The section 'Displayed Transfer Details' is displayed on the screen. Here you will see the Transfer ID and the Transfer Status.
The Transfer Status is **Transfer Pending Receipt** if the receiving site viewing the transfer has not accepted the transfer. The transfer status is **Transfer Complete** if the sending or receiving site is viewing the transfer after it has been accepted.
The section 'Transfer Between Organizations ' is displayed on the screen.
Here you will see the display items for the transfer for the sending entity and the receiving entity. The following information displayed is explained for each entity:

This field displays the name of the sending organization. |
Site PIN - Name |
This field displays the site PIN (provider identification number used by the state for shipping VFC vaccine) and site name of the provider sending the vaccine. |

This field displays the address of the site within the sending organization. |

This field displays the contact name for the site within the sending organization. |
Phone # |
This field displays the phone number for the contact person within the sending organization's site. |
Ship Date |
This field displays the shipping date for the transfer. |

Further below you will see the 'Transfer Vaccine Items' table. This table contains the vaccine inventory information for the transfer. The following table describes the items contained:
Note: The transfer items will always display the lot information as it appears on the sending site's inventory.

Vaccine Group |
This field displays the vaccine group for the lot that is to be shipped with the transfer. |
Trade Name |
This field displays the trade name for the lot that was shipped with the transfer. |
Lot Number |
This field displays the lot number for the lot that is to be shipped with the transfer. |
Public |
This field displays the funding indicator. If 'Y' is displayed, the lot is state-supplied vaccine. If 'N' is displayed the lot is private. |
Expiration Date |
This field displays the vaccine expiration date for the lot that is to be shipped with the transfer. Note: The sending site is not allowed to ship vaccine that has expired. However, if a vaccine expires after it has been shipped, the line item will remain on the transfer, and the line item will be highlighted in pink. You will see a warning message when you accept a transfer if it includes vaccine that has expired |
Doses Transferred |
This field displays the number of doses for the lot that was shipped with the transfer. |

The functionality available on the Display Transfer Details screen is dependent on the transfer status. If the transfer is 'Pending Receipt', the Display Transfer Details screen allows the receiving site to accept the transfer. If the transfer is 'Complete' the screen allows the receiving and sending sites to only view the transfer details.

The Accept Transfer button will display when the receiving site clicks the Transfer Id hyperlink When you click on the Accept Transfer button, the transferred doses are added to the receiving site's inventory. Once the transfer has been accepted, the Accept Transfer button is no longer displayed. |

When you click on the Shipping Documents button you will be taken to the Shipping Documents screen. You will be able to print a packing slip, invoice or label only for the current transfer. |

When you click on the Cancel button you will be taken to the previous screen you were at. |
