Request Vaccine Usage Screen

 Purpose

The Request Vaccine Usage screen exists so that an administrator can generate and print a report containing information on the use of vaccines throughout sites within the organization.

 Functionality

The Vaccine Usage Report will produce vaccine usage data only for those sites that have entered non-historical immunization data into the registry. In the event a site is selected that has no vaccine usage data, a message informing the user will be displayed on the report.

  1. To produce a Vaccine Usage Report, select the desired site report output from the Site(s) pick list.

  2. Enter the Report Date Range by typing start/end dates into the From and To text boxes in the format MM/DD/CCYY. Or, click on the calendar icon to set the date.

  3. Click on the  Generate Report  button.

  4. After the system generates the report it will process the request, then display the status below in the 'Vaccine Usage Request Status' section.

  5. Click on the Refresh button to refresh the progress, and when the request is finished the status will display "100%". Simply click on the hyperlink in the 'Report Name' column to open up the desired request. *Note*

Vaccines are listed by group name, trade name and funding program. Additionally, the number of vaccines that were wasted, expired, or error corrected are listed.

Totals include a Count of Clients and Count of Vaccines that were administered for an age range.

Please *Note* that when you click the  Generate Report  button, the report name, status and target date range will appear under the vaccine usage request status heading.

Description

--All Sites Combined

This report format produces a single table containing aggregate vaccine usage data for all sites within the provider organization that have given non-historical immunizations.

--All Sites Listed Separately

This report format produces a separate table containing per-site vaccine usage data for all sites within the provider organization that have given non-historical immunizations.

'Site Name'

This report format produces a single table containing vaccine usage data only for the selected site if that site has given non-historical immunizations.

 Notes

If the computer does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 installed on it, then please see the " **REPORT VIEWING REQUIREMENTS** " notification on the New Client Form screen, or contact your administrator.
